Our featured model at Shamrock Estates is the Extreme Inspiration home from the Summit Collection. At 4,320 square feet, functionality is key in this four bedroom, three bath plan. Staging the Home
In staging this model, the designer's goal was to create a calming and relaxing environment that blended with the activities of day to day life, while highlighting the exceptional design of the home itself. To do this, furniture placement was designed around the functional and optimal use for each room, maximizing the home's livable space. In the large living room, an oversized sectional and club chairs are feature pieces, perfect for comfortable family time or entertaining. This room also opens up to the spacious breakfast area, where there is plenty of seating at a classic glass dining table.
The kitchen features a bar with additional seating and vast amounts of cabinet and counter space. The large, formal dining room lends itself to oversized leather chairs with nail-head details, while still leaving room for a buffet for serving family or guests.
Detailed iron railings lead up to the master suite, which features a king bed with nightstands. The master suite sitting area creates another intimate area of relaxation. And the luxurious master bath offers two vanity areas, an oversized soaking tub and a large walk-in closet.
Well-placed niches in the home's entry, as well as the master suite, allow for showcasing special pieces of art, which highlight the great detail that was put into building this home. All furniture and accessories selected were chosen to provide a fresh and modern look while staying true to the traditional feel of the home. Softer edges and more natural materials, featuring rich woods with metal and woven accent pieces, are the current trend, and still blend seamlessly with the inviting feeling of the home and community.
